You can change your order by contacting our support team with the order number given within the order confirmation email. Make sure to describe which items you would like to include or remove and we'll respond within 12 hours to guide you through the next steps to take to ensure your satisfaction.
You can track your packages by heading over to our "Track Your Order" tab listed in our directory. Enter your order number or tracking number to see the status of your delivery. If there are any issues then make sure to contact our support team ASAP with your inquires.
Check your spam folder or SMS text messages. If there is still no confirmation then there could be a high chance that your order was not placed successfully. Contact our support team immediately to check and see if your purchases went through before trying again.
